Project description
- To improve productivity efficiency, quality and delivery to both internal and external customers. Also, to reduce stock inventory of component stock, WIP and finished goods.
Problem
- The stock holding and customer complaints are too high with no transparency of delivery to internal and external customers and a poor flow of accessories to the main product.
Our actions
Improved Cell redesign through balancing production to customer Takt Time will increase productivity, minimise WIP, improve quality and reduce the space needed to manufacture the product. The results
