With various operations spanning all over the world, the requirement of a cost effective and robust mobile telecoms solution is key to the success of the business. With the company in a significant stage of growth, over the last 2 years the requirements for mobile telephony has tripled to over 30 devices both traditional mobile and also international data cards for email and communication on the move. Part of the project was to assist in the move of the UK office to implement a solution with ISDN30 lines connecting to a new IP telephone system. With the company mobiles being managed through one of the major networks directly and the office telecommunications through BT, there was a requirement to consolidate where possible. Whereas the service they had received hadn’t been too bad, they liked the idea of having a single point of contact to deal with any ongoing service issues they may have and this was a big driver in their decision.

The combined solution was awarded to freshbaked communications based on the overall suitability of what was proposed and the ongoing relationship has worked extremely well. Sara Loverock, Office Manager in the UK said:
