DIRECTIONS

From M4:

• End of Motorway keep forward onto the A48 - entering Cardiff
• Keep forward (signposted City Centre)
• Branch left (signposted Dock, Cardiff East), then at roundabout take the 1st exit onto Southern Way - A4161 (signposted Docks, Cardiff East)
• Branch left, then at roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Newport Road - A4161 (signposted City Centre)
• At Newport Road roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Newport Road - A4161
• At traffic signals forward
• At traffic signals branch left onto the B4487 (signposted Splott)
• Turn left onto Beresford Road
• Continue forward onto Moorland Road
• Bear right onto Courtenay Road
• Continue forward onto Walker Road
• Continue forward onto East Tyndall Street
• Follow road, THE MALTINGS is on the left hand side
