Rapidly expanding business services provider, freshbaked Group, takes it head count up to 50 staff with three new members of staff.

Dawn Bratcher joins the Group as Business Development Manager, Natalie Jones joins as PA to Group Managing Director Richard Matthews and Nicola Davies comes on board as Learning and Development Consultant for freshbaked Training.

Dawn, 26, from Cardiff, joins from training provider Ento to take up the position alongside freshbaked's Head of Business Development. In her new role, Dawn will help to grow the three training divisions within the freshbaked Group,freshbaked Training, freshbaked Corporate and freshbaked Business.

Nicola, 33, also from Cardiff, expands the vocational training arm of the Group bringing with her extensive experience in training and assessing. In providing workplace development programmes to the division's candidates, Nicola will focus on delivering workshops and guidance to all those completing Management NVQs.

Former PA to Protectagroup's CEO, Natalie, 25, from Rhondda, has been taken on to help organise the business as it continues with its ambitious growth plans. Ms Jones will assist in the day-to-day running of the company and provide administrative support to Group Managing Director Richard Matthews, allowing him to concentrate on taking the company forward.

On the new appointments, Mr Matthews says: "As more and more businesses realise the need to continue investing in their staff's development despite the tough times, the training divisions of the Group are witnessing a growing demand for their services.
