A business number or non-geographic number is a telephone number with a specific prefix e.g. 0800, 0845, 0870 which can offer your business a number of advantages including:

  • the ability for you to pay for your customers to be able to call you free of charge or conversely, for you to earn income from their call to you where appropriate
  • effectively giving your company a national presence as you no longer publish your standard telephone number with area code
  • your number is yours for life provided it remains in use, so there will be no need to re-communicate your number when national number codes change or you move premises

There are no connection charges, no monthly rental and no cancellation fees. Business numbers are quick and easy to implement within a few working days and existing business numbers can be ported to us from most carriers.
