Overview:

At this highly practical and interactive training course you will learn how effectively manage the client that changes their mind during the project, and get results from the sub contractor who says they will, but doesn’t. Through effective management of key stakeholders you can reduce losses from cost overruns, manage risk more effectively and be more certain of client satisfaction at the end of the project.
