Developing Blended Learning
Overview:
The move to more technology-based solutions has now evolved to a recognition that one media by itself does not always reap the best rewards for your organisation. Blended Learning seeks to resolve this by creating content that is delivered in the right media at the right time and in the right place for the learner. Creating the most appropriate blend of materials is key to ensuring the learner doesn’t become confused and disorientated.
This workshop is designed to help you understand the best way to approach designing and delivering effective blended learning in your organisation. The workshop is a lively event with plenty of debate but is very practical, with plenty of opportunity to look at using the different media. Of course, being a blended learning workshop, it will also give you access to online materials and other media both pre and post course.
