freshbaked leader shares tips on tapping into talent
freshbaked Group’s managing director, Richard Matthews, will be lending his support to the Chartered Management Institute’s Wales Convention on the 5th June which this year focuses on recruiting, developing and keeping talent in Wales.
The Leading Wales Awards 2008 finalist will be on hand in a workshop called ‘How SMEs tap into talent’ to provide practical ideas and share his experiences on how he has developed the talent at freshbaked to help the business and profit grow.
The convention will look at how investing in people really impacts on the Welsh economy and there are a series of workshops for delegates to take part in, as well as addresses from two key note speakers - Dr Neil Wooding, director of public service management Wales, and Jane Hutt AM, the Welsh Assembly Government’s minister for department for children, education, lifelong learning and skills.
Says Richard: “We’re huge talent freaks here at freshbaked and we believe strongly in recruiting the best staff and then investing in them so that they can reach their full potentials. I’m delighted to have been asked to take part in this convention and look forward to exchanging ideas with other leaders in Wales on how to make the most from the talented individuals we have working for us.”
