As one of Wales’ fastest growing young companies freshbaked is now expanding into the telecommunications arena!

Within freshbaked Group, which currently comprises freshbaked Training, freshbaked Business and freshbaked Corporate -‘freshbaked Communications’ has now been launched to provide bespoke telecommunications solutions to corporate clients across Wales.

Offering multiple products and services including mobile phones, mobile data solutions, VoIP and company fixed lines in addition to impartial advice across all networks and suppliers, the new company is dedicated to providing converged solutions to suit the needs of all types of businesses.

Matt Snelus has been appointed as Managing Director of freshbaked Communications to set up and manage the Group’s new telecommunications arm. Originally from Bath, Matt, 29, has seven years experience in the industry having previously worked for Alternative Networks in London and Carphone Warehouse.

Says Group Managing Director, Richard Matthews: “Customer service has always been and will continue to be at the heart of our operation and we strive to get the best possible results to meet our clients’ needs. In a sector which is renowned for poor customer satisfaction, our new division will provide a comprehensive and one stop shop for business communication needs with the added value of first class service levels.
