New batch of recruits for freshbaked

freshbaked™ has appointed four new members of staff we continue our expansion plans into new and existing markets.

Damian Kelly, 36, from Newport, joins freshbaked™ Communications as business development manager. With over eleven years experience in B2B sales, most recently working for Business Credit Management Services, Damian will help grow the telecommunications division which specialises in mobile phones, fixed line telephony and non-geographic numbers to the SME and small corporate markets.

Joining freshbaked™ Business, our division that specialises in the delivery of business improvement techniques to both the manufacturing and service sectors, is Gary Pickin. Gary, also from Newport, joins with extensive experience in the engineering sector as business improvement practitioner. He will be working with the team to transform the business processes of multi-sector organisations through the practical application of lean and six sigma principles.

Kelly Harry from Caerphilly, and Owen Matthews also from Caerphilly, take up the positions of learning and development consultants for the freshbaked Training division. These two appointments expand the 17-strong department that partners with organisations to offer innovative and flexible workplace development programmes. Kelly joins with extensive experience in the tourism sector while Owen has moved from a training position at British Gas.
