Fresh talent for training provider
The training divisions of freshbaked Business Services Group have been strengthened with a new appointment to the team.
Miff Riley, 30, from Canton in Cardiff, joins the group as business development manager, from EvolveR2R. With more than seven years experience in sales and recruitment, Miff will now utilise her strengths in business development to focus on the advancement of key prospects for freshbaked’s Training, Business and Corporate Divisions.
Looking to maximise the opportunities that south east Wales has to offer, Miff will promote the range of training services that freshbaked provides as an accredited centre with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).
On her appointment she said: “I am delighted to be taking on the role of business development manager. To be involved in such a fundamental aspect of the freshbaked group is a fantastic opportunity and I look forward to building on the success already achieved by promoting the freshbaked brand and endorsing the versatile training programmes that we are able to provide”.
Also responsible for the management of the divisions’ existing clients, Miff will help to ensure that the group maintains stable and long lasting relationships with its active client base.
With previous experience in sectors including accountancy and finance, human resources and sales and marketing, Miff brings with her a wealth of business experience. Now focusing on the implementation of a number of sales and marketing techniques, Miff will look to encourage welsh businesses to utilise the group’s training and talent development services.
Richard Matthews, chief executive of freshbaked Business Service Group, said: “We are confident that Miff will make a significant contribution to the team and she brings with her the enthusiasm and motivation needed to help strategically market the bespoke services that we offer here at freshbaked”.
Established in 2003, the freshbaked Business Services Group began life as a training company. Subsequently expanding the business, freshbaked Corporate and freshbaked Business were introduced to equip individuals and businesses with the skills they need to achieve higher levels of performance.
