New MD for Wentloog Corporate Park

Land and property rental business, Wentloog Corporate Park, has appointed Tim Goodson as Managing Director.

Tim, 31, from Cardiff, is a chartered accountant who previously worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, during which time he managed a number of high profile projects in the Transaction Services and undertook an international audit secondment in North America.

In his new role at Wentloog Corporate Park, Tim will be responsible for all aspects of the business that leases industrial units and storage facilities to the manufacturing, motor vehicle, caravan and car industries, as well as providing self-storage facilities for commercial and residential use through Cardiff Self Storage.

On his appointment Tim said: “Wentloog Corporate Park is a thriving business and I’m naturally delighted to be at its helm.
