Welsh law firm celebrates dual success

A south Wales-based law firm is celebrating the success of two national accreditations as it continues to build its reputation as one of Wales' leading law firms.

Watkins & Gunn Solicitors has been included for the third year running in the prestigious Legal 500 guide to the best law firms in UK. Offering the definitive judgement of UK-based law firms’ capabilities, the personal injury, family and crime departments of Watkins & Gunn solicitors have been catapulted into the top tiers of the 2010 profession's bible.
 

To add to the firm’s success, it has also passed its annual Lexcel audit with flying colours. Having held the Law Society’s practice management standard since 2006, during the recent inspection, the Auditor’s assessment resulted in no non compliances and identified 28 areas of good practice for Watkins & Gunn.
 

The Lexcel award certifies that high standards of excellence have been met in areas such as client care, case management and risk management and is only awarded to solicitors who meet the highest management and customer care standards. Lexcel accredited solicitors undergo rigorous independent assessment every year and clients are encouraged to feel confident that if they instruct a Lexcel accredited solicitor, they can be certain of a quality service.
