Fresh face for freshbaked People

freshbaked People, the recruitment division of freshbaked Business Services Group, has made a new appointment to its team.

Martyn Capel, 25, joins the company as senior consultant. With a wealth of experience in the recruitment industry, Mr Capel will be a key player in the successful placement of candidates into both temporary and permanent positions, working with businesses throughout the recruitment process to build and maintain lasting relationships.

Now set to work alongside a diverse range of clients and candidates, Mr Capel will help to drive the business forward as freshbaked People embarks upon its second year in business.

On his appointment, Mr Capel said: “I am thrilled to be joining such a highly reputable, progressive and forward thinking business services group and I look forward to making a valid contribution to the recruitment division.

 “At a time when many organisations are faced with the prospect of redundancies as they operate under intense financial pressures, it is a credit to freshbaked that the group is continuing to recruit, to grow, and to move forward with its ambitious development plans. Having previously managed the delivery of training and recruitment services for organisations including Barclays Bank and Kelly’s Services, Mr Capel’s background lies predominantly within South Wales’ corporate sector.
