Local telecommunications company chosen as a Mitel authorised partner

A South Wales-based telecommunications provider has been selected as an authorised partner of leading unified communications solutions supplier Mitel.

TWL has been named an authorised partner for Mitel as the company looks to expand its Internet Protocol (IP) Telephony offering in south Wales. Offering a wide range of services, TWL will be able to leverage Mitel’s expertise, offering new and existing clients advanced voice, video and data communications platforms as well as applications for customer relationship management and mobility in addition to its existing services.

As an authorised partner, TWL will be able to offer customers the benefit of 0% finance on all IP products purchased, allowing them to invest in high end technology including computer telephone integration systems, allowing interaction on telephones and computers to be integrated and automatic call distribution, a cutting edge call centre technology. Companies will also be able to offer greater flexibility within the workplace through the implementation of remote working.
