The situation
- Grow the competency of the organisation’s high achievers in readiness for first line managerial responsibilities

Our actions
- Worked closely with Picture’s HR team to develop a programme that matched the organisation’s values and staff needs
- Set clear and achievable goals for the programme that did not come at the detriment of service
- Set module objectives and behaviour standards to ensure delegates had the knowledge and skills to reach the programme’s goals
- Established exciting development solutions designed to take delegates out of their comfort zones
- Provided a unique session delivery style including visioning techniques and acupuncture on the positive energy model and physically jumping in and out of ego states to demonstrate delegate’s understanding of transactional analysis
- Fully supported delegates with coaching sessions focusing on the delegate’s individual key performance indicators
The results
- Coaching established a sense of trust, openness and honesty which spilled into the module sessions where there were powerful moments and memorable personal positive changes
- The programme created an opportunity for true return on investment
- Delegate’s carried out research and then made formal recommendations to the SMT to add values to the external customer experience and continuously improve PF’s business
- Client satisfaction – PF’s Learning and Development Manager, Suzanne Lowe enthused: “I went to gymnastics for adults last night, haven’t done it for ages and I was doing things that took me right out of my comfort zone. This is exactly what I wanted to do to the delegates on the Academy and with Freshbaked’s help we were able to achieve this.
