Overview:

Equally, when problems arise, you need your staff to be armed with a toolbox of techniques that will allow them and your business to quickly, effectively and in a structured way eliminate issues that affect your ability to do business at the required level.
Objectives:
We use a wide variety of established and proven data-driven techniques that will allow participants to solve problems in the workplace using the correct method. These include:

- Cause & Effect Charts
We also introduce a number of Creativity Techniques to help solve problems, so that we do not become overly reliant on data analysis and number crunching, but also use the naturally found creativity that exists in all of us to come up with innovative solutions to issues.
