Delegate, Motivate & Empower
Duration: 1 day
Maximum Places: 12
Price: £125 +VAT per delegate
Overview:
Effective managers and leaders need to be able to delegate to be able to focus on these activities that they are actually there to do, so often however it seems easier to just do it yourself.
This course considers this argument and develops ways to overcome barriers and ensure delegated tasks are carried out effectively. The progression is then to create an environment where others feel empowered, which is considered essential for colleague pride and engagement.
