Overview:
Effective appraisals motivate, develop and focus staff and ensure all employees are working towards the same overall vision of an organisation. This course enables delegates to prepare and structure for a fair and professional performance review interview. This is an interactive session designed to introduce delegates to the key principles of effective appraisals.
