Value Stream Mapping
Overview:
In today’s highly aggressive environment many companies find it difficult to compete against the relentless onslaught of low cost region manufacturing. Many organisations are now beginning to look inwardly at their own operations to see what skills and tools are available to allow them to improve productivity, improve process and in doing so improve their own competitive position.
This course provides a starting point for lean practitioners to establish a current baseline of their processes and identify key areas of opportunity to significantly improve process performance.
