Conflict Management Seminar
Overview:
Managing Conflict in work is becoming an increasing challenge for employers. The CIPD’s 2007 Managing Conflict at Work survey report found that on average organizations spend 350 days in management time per year managing disciplinary and grievance cases.
Confrontational situations and working with difficult people at work can cause misery, effect performance, and in the worst cases, result in people leaving the organisation. It is therefore imperative that difficult situations and people are handled delicately and positively.
