Train the Trainer
Overview:
Passing on your own knowledge and skills can be a very rewarding experience. Developing others helps to support high levels of performance and standards. It is also an important activity for organisations to help attract, develop and retain their people. This course will ensure that delegates are eqiuipped with the skills and knowledge needed to create an effective learning environment for adults.
