Overview:
Managing the integration of new employees is a constant requirement for all organisations that are growing or undergoing significant change. It is also probably the largest ongoing training investment you make, especially where staff retention is a significant issue. So managing this investment wisely will pay huge dividends in maintaining high levels of productivity and performance at all levels.
