In a recent survey published by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development 85% of organisations use internal coaching and it is a trend that is increasing, with 93% of organisations aspiring to create a coaching culture* This workshop builds skills by exploring theory and conducting real life coaching practical sessions with no role play.
