Business improvement specialist freshbaked Business has been given the accolade of being selected as the first accredited training provider in Wales by the National Skills Academy for Manufacturing (NSAM).
Established to safeguard against poor training, NSAM work with the Government and UK manufacturers to create an independent national standard for manufacturing, training, content advice and delivery.
NSAM is a beacon of security for employers with all training providers having to successfully complete a thorough validation process before becoming NSAM accredited.
freshbaked Business was selected to go forward for this accreditation by SEMTA – The Sector Skills Council for Science, Engineering and Manufacturing Technologies – having already built up a strong history and excellent reputation for training in this field.
The Cardiff-based company is currently working with the likes of Continental Teves, Panasonic, Warburtons and BAE Systems to deliver business improvement techniques that set out to improve the overall productivity and efficiency of the manufacturing operations.
As an accredited provider, freshbaked will work alongside NSAM using leading edge training techniques to ensure that the training needs of the manufacturing sector are met to the highest national standard.
