Pudsey and Betsy team up for Children in Need
Pudsey was a special guest on freshbaked’s vintage ice cream van ‘Betsy’ and travelled around business parks in Cardiff to raise money for the worthwhile cause that helps disadvantaged children living in the UK.
Swapping their specially created ‘freshbaked 99s’ for ‘Pudsey 99s’ and cookies, the team raised a large amount of money.
Staff at the business services provider also had a dress down Friday to add to the money pot.
freshbaked’s group managing director Richard Matthews said: “This year’s theme for Children in Need is “Do something different” and by teaming up Betsy with Pudsey we definitely made a statement with our fundraising. The team served ice creams and cookies throughout the day to raise a lot of money for this great cause. It was a fun filled day and we would like to say a big thank you to all the local businesses that supported us in our efforts.”
