Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading
Overview:
The ILM Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading programme comprehensively covers the full range of responsibilities of the team/group leader or member.
Please note you do not have to have completed the Award in Team Leading before commencing this programme.
Objectives:
The Certificate consists of an induction, three mandatory units and selected optionals to complete a minimum of 13 credits.
The whole programme will take a minimum of 65 learning hours plus time for assessment, to provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to perform effectively.
Structure and Content
- Induction - 2 hours
- Tutorial Support - 2 hours
- Three mandatory units with a credit value of 4
- Selected optional units with a minimum credit value of 9
Assessment
- Mandatory units are assessed by undertaking a mini project
- Optional unit(s) - dependent on the unit(s) undertaken, a choice of reflective reviews, oral briefings, case studies, short answer questions, work-based assignments
