Level 7 Certificate in Executive Management
Overview:
The Certificate builds and broadens the skills and knowledge gained in the Award (please note candidates may join the Certificate directly and are not required to undertake the Award as a prerequisite). In the second mandatory unit at this level, 'Developing the executive manager', participants collect and analyse feedback on their personal management practice and effectiveness.
This information is then evaluated against significant management theories/models and schools/trends in management thinking. Finally, participants identify strengths in their own management practice and prepare an action plan to address areas for improvement.
Objectives:
The Certificate consists of an induction, two mandatory units with a combined credit value of 12 and Optional units with a total minimum credit value of 18.
The whole programme will take a minimum of 65 hours, plus time for assessment, to provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to perform effectively.
